gensoは、四元素（火・水・風・土）の視点で季節を読み解き、ひとつのコースとして立ち上げるレストランです。

一年を通して、空気の輪郭、香りの立ち方、食感の陰影は日々変わります。
その移ろいに合わせ、コースは2ヶ月ごとに更新され、四元素の解釈もまた変化していきます。
私たちはその“今”を素材と技法で捉え、温度・香り・余韻の流れまで設計します。

舞台は、鉄工所跡地の面影を残す静かな空間。
ここで過ごす数時間が、記念日でも、旅の一夜でも、何気ない一日でも、確かな記憶として残るように。

genso interprets the seasons through the prism of the four elements—fire, water, wind, and earth—orchestrating them into a singular dining experience.

Throughout the year, the atmosphere breathes differently each day: the contours of the air, the way scents rise, and the shadows of texture are ever-changing.
Attuned to this flux, our menu is renewed bimonthly, evolving our expression of the elements.

We capture this fleeting “now” with precision, designing the flow of temperature, aroma, and aftertaste.
Set within the quiet remnants of a former ironworks, we offer a space where time stands still.
